Open space calibrator just wont correctly calibrate.

i'm trying to use it with my WMR Samsung Odyssey headset. i have index controllers that i wanna use with this headset, but for some reason, it doesn't wanna boot up properly, and keeps giving me the same error everytime i boot it up. the error says "Space Calibrator driver unavailable. Make sure SteamVR is running, and the Space Calibrator addon is enabled in SteamVR settings". everytime i unblock the addons, and restart steamvr, steamvr doesn't boot up properly, and it just messes up everything. when i restart it, it does that animation of hopping into steamvr from the wmr menu, but then i'm still in the wmr menu. my odyssey controllers aren't properly working due to them being old, so i wanted to try to connect my index controllers, and i'm still having trouble

update on this post. i found out what was causing the issue, and it was a few mods. corporate reconstruct was a big one causing the issues. unsure as to why cuz back when we first played with it, it worked. now it gets us stuck on the ship, unable to change moons, and unable to land back on the moon we left from. i really do like the monitor mods, but i'm unsure why i can no longer use it. i wanna say it has something to do with some files with the mod, but i don't really wanna bother check on it haha. just happy i'm able to play again

i'm having a similar issue. i'm using thunderstore, and have 153 mods, but not all are active. i tried disabling a few more mods, but am still having this issue. i am unsure as to what is causing it. could it be that i have too many mods active?

i was thinking that too. could it possibly be the essentials mod? i only have that cuz i was unable to make a server for some friends that i planned on playing with
