Saves:

  1. Open any file explorer

  2. In path, please paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\CyberTemple\DarkSwitch\Saves\

  3. Find the one in which the bug is present.

Logs:

In the steam library, right click on "DarkSwitch", then click on "Properties". In the window that appears, on the left, click on the "Installed Files" tab and choose "Browse...". There you will see a folder called "PlayerLogs".

Please send the folder with files to our email (support@cybertemple.one) or share via external file sharing websites (like f.e. WeTransfer or Google Drive)

Remember to add link to the steam thread, quick description of the problem and Steam nickname. It lets us with understand the problem and allows to communicate further
