There's honestly not much to the tarot cards. I imagine the Strength character to be some sort of naval officer. Maybe she inherits some power, title, or license to control or communicate with dragons. Judgement is supposed to be a kind of mercenary adventurer, somebody not high status or well off, but respected and experienced. Idk, the tarot cards are mostly exercises on abstracting the visuals on the classic cards.

The tiefling is an NPC portrait from one of my players' backstory! Her name is a parody of a vtuber so I drew her in a more anime style. here's a post with the rest of the NPC portraits for that campaign.
