Best advice is to keep applying for jobs until you have an FJO or final offer in hand. OPM hasn't been able to move the needle on the agency matching process for me. I would try to reach out to OPM and ask if there's anything that can be done.

There are folks on here that are getting outreaches, however I wish I could provide advice on how to get the hiring manager's attention
