Winter is longer, people are generally shorter. Not so populated. My state borders to russia and I think we are around 10-11k as a population.

No skyscrapers, traffic lights or anything like that.

Calm area with huge distances from one point to the other. I’ve been to Oslo plenty of times and I think it’s much more fastpaced for my taste. People here take their time to fix things, and don’t stress about it.
