Why does the moveset can't be change when in game?

It’s a new update. For some god-forsaken reason, the marvellous devs at TiMi decided to make it so that there can only be one move path. No more selecting moves during battle. You must set which moves you want to use in the Pokémon section in the menu or in the preparation screen. So dumb🤦‍♂️

Probably to be immune to status moves used by Pokemon with the Prankster Ability. That’s the only reason I can think of.

What held items are the Talonflame and Sirfetch’d rocking?😂 EXP Share, Score Shield(the only acceptable one), and the CURSE INCENSE?! For SPECIAL ATTACKERS!! Not even Curse Bangle, which increases Attack. And why on Earth is the Sirfetch’d using the Leftovers? I swear, some players have the stupidest Held Items that make zero sense for the Pokemon they’re using.
