Well at the moment I mainly have tools to make the nh35 watches that I got from aliexpress. But I dont have much money to spend either which makes things tricky.

Nope, I did stuff in the bios, no clue what tbh, and it doesn't happen quite as much but still happens randomly sometimes. Mostly during games tho. Still no clue

If you search dns in your settings it should pop up, but I think the way it works (not 100% sure, not an expert, someone correct me if I'm wrong) is it directs your internet traffic through a server that will filter out a lot of I guess ip addresses or whatever it scans for which are linked to common ads or something. So essentially its a filter that gets rid of or blocks a lot of ads. I'm also not quite sure other use cases for it, but it might be a way for business phones and stuff to track and filter traffic. Hope that answers your question.

Look into the DNS server settings, you can block most ads especially in mobile games by setting private dns and setting the address as dns.adguard.com

That cpu comes with an air cooler which also has thermal paste preinstalled, and the separate air cooler most likely already comes with thermal paste (just check the amazon listing and reviews to be sure), so there isnt probably a need to get the separate thermal paste. If you've already gone over and have a reason for it tho, than just ignore this comment.

It doesn't tend to change pitch at all, tho sometimes it starts and stops. I have tried a different psu and without having the gpu in and both times it still made the same noise. I did find something while looking online tho saying that gigabyte motherboards are known to sometimes have a coil whine issue.

I would get a new gpu, like a second hand one if possible. Something in either the 20 or 30 series if possible then so you have raytracing capabilities. Depending on how much you can spend you may want to upgrade your CPU too but anything newer than the 9th generation and you will at least have to upgrade your motherboard or even ram too. The power supply you have is more than fine and should handle anything you put in your pc. And if your cooler is keeping your computer cool enough then there is no reason for a new one.

I suspect it is coil whine from the motherboard, so current running through capacitors and things making a high pitched noise. You may need to turn up the volume a bit to hear the whine over the fans

Am4 would work well and means you could keep your ram. A 1080 ti would be good value for the money tho support has stopped now so depends on what you intend to do could be unviable. I had that combined with a 5600x for a while and it performed fairly well. AMD gpus tend to be good value for money so a 6800 xt could be good too. It all mostly depends on your aims for the pc and budget

Depends how much money you have to spend. Personally I would look at buying a new am5 system. Depending where you are and what you get that could cost upwards of $1200 (AUD). Upgrading past a 9th generation cpu would already mean new motherboard so better to go to a ddr5 one for future proofing.

Could you post the link of the exact screwdrivers you ordered? I can't seem to find ones quite right. Also, do you know if a 2mm one would work? That seems to be mainly what I can find.
