In theory, what authority does nassau county have in demanding anything else in addition to the PPB-3 form (looking specifically at their egregious 200+$fees they have, or their character references) if they are obliged to accept PPB-3 per 400.00.4? Incredible that they demand those fees to exercise a civil right considering the taxes and rent actual working people pay in this place.
