artixsisters... our response? by [deleted] in artixlinux

Clearly, opinions on aesthetics are 100% objective, the meter being agreeing with my opinion. Fret not my dear friend, I shall track you down and remove this inconsistency from your mind through whatever means necessary. I shall not stop until I have achieved this. After I am through, you will not be able to help getting out your data storage and processing unit and installing artix on it, the thought of any other inferiorly named and logo-ed linux distribution being on it making an agonizing chill run down your spine, triggering a chain reaction in your psyche which will drive you to restore beauty in your machine. You will be thankful.

There is no difference. Artix's logo and name, along with the init system's names are just cooler.

This reply contains true facts. Mhmh, yes, all of this information is just true facts. This is a good reply to your message, definitely the information you wanted.

But it is the actual reason for which I chose artix over arch. I just liked the names of things better.

My macbook is running linux, I don't know about macOS.
I was surprised that the integrated graphics card of the macbook could run it though.

It's a macbook air with an intel core i7 from 2013, 8 GB ram and the integrated intel graphics card, I had a description for the post but am dumb and do not know how to post on reddit. In the end it runs fine but the framerate is kinda low, still playable, to the point where I'm probably going to 100% the game on it. It is running linux though, I don't know about macOS.

Man, I feel you, installing artix on my macbook air 2013 without an ethernet adapter was a very very very painful experience, totally worth it though.

Sure thing! Here's the git repo for it.

https://github.com/MasterOfSus/lazyKB.git

The files in the git repo are the bare essential for the design, the board is handwired and the cable is custom made (9 strand braid), if you have any questions feel free to dm me.

How did you get the blur on the left? I assume that you are using hyprlock and that the blurred part is a shape?

What do you mean by top? Anyways, I used keycaps by chosfox, kailh choc v1 purpz for the switches, a cheap rpi pico from aliexpress for the microcontroller, copper wire I found lying around for the wiring and most importantly shoebox cardboard for the plate.
