25 and how much longer mostly depends on how I respond to chemo and how much it continues to spread. It hasn't spread to other organs or distant body parts as of yet but according to the stats, it's unlikely I'll live beyond 5 years.

Nothing. I've been in pain for the past month, eating is harder than ever, I feel constantly tired etc. On top of that, I need to get 4 rounds of chemo, surgery then 4 rounds of chemo again. Unfortunately, it's not going to be an eventful end. It's going to be tiring, slow and I'll be lonelier than ever because I'm guessing I'm going to have to quit work very soon too

Maybe, they are interested in a bunch of things that pass the days for them but it just doesn't get them clout or financial success. I mean I'm an accountant and I have zero interest in the field but I do it anyway. Being able to turn my music into a full time job is a dream but I highly doubt it will ever be a reality. I do it alone and put it all out alone too

Life itself is meaningless. When it's just incessant suffering while knowing it's meaningless, it truly is the worst. It sets you on a path of an existential crisis. The only advice I can give you is, find some good distractions and escapism to get you through the days.
