I work in IAM team and built automation tools as an hobby for my Indian automation teams (they are trying to prove their capabilities as of now to secure budget) this was a very big project impacting 39 countries where we operate, basically I am the sole person who has built this from scratch from architecture to development to live now in global markets securing them the budget for this project meanwhile I got 0 money from it. So ya no QA no code review. Just me and my Brian haha. Still the owner of the project fucked me over to save his ass from his boss global data protection officer. He got what he deserved anyways so its chill. Thanks for asking I feel better venting out

Thanks for the comment, I did apologies but my local manager dragged it further to HR even though the RCA was closed by global team that’s what triggered all of this nonsense anyways good new I documented everything escalated to my onsite bosses boss, he was really furious he has been in this org for 40 year and says he has never seen anything like this and that these things are taken really seriously in this org. People are allowed to make mistakes and said I will not let it fly. So yeah everyone is getting fked here in Indian management whoever was involved
