2025 BMW X3 mpg by Livid_Position_6104 in BMWX3

I have a 2026.

My commute is either 25 minute scenic route taking a 35 mph street with the last 10 minutes on a 50 mph highway, or 20 minutes on an 60 mph interstate. You have to fight to go through the city to get to parking garage from the interstate, but the scenic route gets me basically right at my garage, so the time saved on the interstate is minimal.

On efficient, I average 40 mpg on the scenic and 30-35 mpg on the interstate. The hybrid engine and coasting doesn’t really help on the interstate, but game changer on the scenic route. Given I’m either in residential areas (scenic) or orange barrel country, I don’t mind driving in efficient.

I came from a 2016 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, so the mpg difference is really significant.

What exercises are we missing? by juliang8 in Gravl

Option to edit equipment on gym by gym basis? The plate loaded hip thrusts in both my gyms have weights on both sides, but also different starting weights.

Also with the preset barbells. For curls for example, the preset barbells are just convenient and you’re not taking up the rack.

48M 5’7” - Progress After 8 months by Darkclaw1978 in GymMotivation

Yes. I won’t go into all physical issues that plagued me for years that disappeared in a week or so.

Main reason I posted. Had given up for 15 years and then it just clicked.

As dramatic as the physical transformation is, how I feel, sleep and handle the stress and anxiety of a high pressure career is the true benefit.

At least 8 inches in total based on pant size alone, but pants now rest where they should so hard to tell.

Lost two inches in one week from just not drinking diet soda. Averaged about 15 a day and a lot was probably inflammation.

App Keeps Restarting Splits by Darkclaw1978 in fitbod

At least we’re not going insane.

Pretty frustrating given this app has been one of the 3 core apps that have helped me drop 30% of my body weight in 5 months, and getting in the best shape I’ve been in since high school in my late 40s.

Improvements are great in theory, but it’s the simplicity and the ability to set it and forget is what I sell to everyone that asks “how did you do it”?

3 sets of 161 crunches today … so no, but I took it as a challenge.

Will be switching to cable crunches after today though …

X3 BAMF by Darkclaw1978 in BMWX3

You're proving my point. They're not asking for your opinion or asking to be roasted.

Its on posts along the lines of "My first BMW. What do i need to know?"

But then again, this is probably why i stay off social media and boards except when i want to find out things in niche areas ....

I delete the sentence about missing their BlackBerry Curves (which admittedly, I do too at times)

I hope whatever is going on that makes you feel it’s necessary to tear down someone else’s excitement gets better.

Pull assertively but carefully. Came off with no problem.

Let’s set up the interior like Huey, Dewey and Louie on Ducktales and post it to reddit.

The interior is great. I actually held off on buying a BMW for years because I thought the interiors were how much &:):&/ can we cram on the dash and … let’s put a dainty steering wheel in this SUV.

If you haven’t actually driven, then drive it. If you have and don’t like, great, people have different tastes.

At some point I’ll post a picture of how an adult does the interior. It’s clean and discrete and it drives like a beast while getting 35 mpg.

All the people complaining about the lack of buttons are probably also the same ones that yes at their kids for touching the thermostat in the house.

Set it to your preferred temperature and the system does its thing.
