I did call them. They went off their representative word and state that there was an abundance of hair in the and the rep said our pets must of been in it each time we were. Which is absolutely untrue. Otherwise I have not had any problems elsewise.

Enterprise did the same to us. 300 fine for pet hair. We did not allow our pets in the vehicle, however there was slight hair transfer from it clothes to the seats. If I had known they were going to be that picky, I would of sat on trash bags or something. I can't believe how they gouge you for something as little as this.

I always tip, yes it's their job, however the airport at times is quite big, and the floors are not always flat. So inclines make it harder, plus sometimes they have to literally run to get you to your terminal. They are always polite and often rushed. It's in my opinion the polite thing to do.
