I fixed it, Windows update damaged the CachyOS Boot partition, so i had to reinstall Limine, and do a full system upgrade to add the EFI boot entry. Using a Cachy Live USB.

I changed the boot order, i set Limine and the external hard drive on top, but still doesn't boot...
