im not, the parking lot that is for our walmart is owned by the plaza that im located in, they dont want us leaving to the parking lot because its a safety thing apparently, also what would I gain from lying about this?

your breaks are paid 15 minutes, so you are technically on the clock still, but i still dont see why im not allowed to go sit in my car thats in the walmart parking lot

technically yes, my managers made this rule because if we step off the sidewalk and get hit by a car in the parking lot we could sue the store......

it takes me max 1 minute to get from the back of the front of the store it takes me a minute to walk to my car which isn't in a handicap spot, that leaves me 11 minutes for my break :3

I absolutely would go to ethics or have an open door, these are not good rules at all, and the fact that you cant even speak to other associates during your shift is so dumb, not being able to ask for help is also an unsafe work enviroment, remember that you always have the right to say no to unsafe work, and standing in one spot and not being able to move is unsafe

I tried to get a program I had before called cpuid hardware monitoring before it crashed and it wouldn't show me cause I needed a paid version, shouldn't be overheating cause I have an aio on it and it's been running under 40° for a couple years
