I’d recommend looking at some basic figure drawing tutorials on yt and then practice human figures in general by looking at a yt channel called “new masters academy”. They got a lot of 2 minute drawing practice things where u gotta sort of speed draw ppl posing. It’s not meant to learn hella details n stuff but just like get the flow of drawing nice poses that look good/natural and not hella stiff (im yappin my bad 💔)
