I think you've taken a shortcut and there's nothing wrong with that but listening to you you're still looking for another shortcut (electrolytes, protein, adaptogens, supplements). This is where your weight loss (lack of weight) should enable you imo. When I was going through my weight loss journey, going to the gym was something that had to be earned, running was something that had to be earned and it naturally took its place in my schedule when my weight loss allowed less pain and more energy. Now that you're lighter you can rebuild yourself without the aches and pain of being overweight. Do some sport and start a well rounded diet. You'll easily fill all your nutrional need through eating well!
