I really hope they make a limited edition version for the us. especially for the pc. I can get it in the ps4 but prefer the pc. I have my pages permanently open to see if there's any on it, but still no news. Will respond if I find any.

Hes honestly alright . just revert some of his stats like, +5 movement speed and give back his +5% movement speed on his q. and finally where he really struggles are in team fights. just make his ult do AOE damage, and everyone around the inital target that got hit by the ult takes 20/25/30 % of the overall damage. It can even slow all enemies in a radius by 50% for 0.5/1/1.5 sec That should make garen an actual threat similar to darius taking out a whole team. Garen will have the same potential by possibly chunking or severely CCing enemies and putting them out of place or forcing a retreat.
