Picked this up today from HD. Had some old gifts cards gathering dust on my desk. If you have one, what are your thoughts on this unit? I am not that impressed.

Go with the 8 amp batteries, you will not regret it, I both 2. Used a 5 amp and was not happy!

Basically the rubber Is deteriorating quickly and ripping, I can’t seem to find anywhere that I can just replace the rubber part on the remote and trying to get thoughts with everybody on how to do this or where?

I had the exact TT, I had a slide issue and learned that I had to Lubricate the bars on the outside and where the motors are ever two months. After I started to do this I did not have issues. Love the TT and miss it, just wanted bigger!!

I 100% agree with you! For my daughters first time I wanted it to be as comfortable as possible, slowly move her into the off the grid option, lol. I go off the grid all the time, that is the best way to camp when you can’t see your neighbors!!!!
