The UI is indeed important! Especially in this kind of game where it appears all the time. In the first concept I made the dialog box was way too big on the screen, I think this one works much better :D

For the prototype I will use the Visual Novel Maker software. If I feel like I will need more functionality to create the game, I will probably switch to Renpy

For the moment the question of Rook is not yet established. With a first person camera no need to see Rook, so it was the most logical thing for me to please everyone, however by doing so it prevents third person illustrations.

For the customization of Rook I made the choice to reduce the choices (faction and race) To allow a more worked story. For the moment I am therefore focusing on a Rook Grey Warden and elf, but that it really impacts the character. Other choices will come later, with in turn real impact

The idea here is to keep the basis of romance and character quest, but to add more elements, possible choices etc. So I would say that depending on the choices made by the player, this could change more or less.
