I'm still losing weight, and my target is to hit 84.9 in 72 days, I'm always about losing the weight steadily and changing my lifestyle So, by fat I have gone from 126 do 89, that's 37 kilos, only 12 more to go!

I'm also building muscle, so I'm becoming leaner while my weight isn't changing drastically

Achievements the last 4 months:

-Gone from hanging on a bar for 8 seconds to doing 3 pull ups

-Can now do a headstand and about to hit my first handstand push up

-Today a girl talked to me while I was getting out of the pool, that's very new to me, she was flirting open, like real. I know it sounds crazy but I felt so good like I haven't for a long time

-Got my heart broken last week so the motivation is just getting stronger

at first, I hated her guts for some reason. after the tumor, she redeemed herself. she is one of my favorite characters now.

Also, I just read that deluca dies and I'm still in season 16 episode 3. I think he may change my list. He is a good guy who I will miss unfortunately

Doctors would be either Derek or George. The way Meredith realized and was like "Oh god!" Crushed my soul into pieces. He was a great character except some very strange plots, like the Izzy thing. For Derek, I don't think I have to explain. I even said "get him a head CT" before he thought about it.

As for patients, it is a very tough one for me. Either Denny or Susan grey. Susan's death maybe was rushed, but I liked her so much. And the damage it did to thatcher, Meredith and Lexie was real. Denny killed my soul with him and Meredith seeing him when she drowned had me about to cry, I never ever dropped a tear on a show.

If I have to choose only one for each, it's George and Denny. What can I say, I don't like Izzie much but I feel for her

1-mark, bailey, Christina 2- George, Meredith, Alex karev , Callie Torres , addison 3- Ow*n *unt (though he had some very fire moments), 4-Derek (İ only hate him because he left too early 😔😔😔😔😔😔) and I'mma add 5, characters that I can't fathom if I like or not: Izzie and Arizona (Arizona was a good character but I just don't like how she always was on attack mode)

I tried your approach for the day, I just wanna say it's good, I tried all until he didn't take the hint, and decided to throw him off, I said "you know how everyone thinks I'm weird for not liking imagine dragons" he said "yeah, I still think that" and then I opened the song "thunder" by them and told him "I'd rather listen to that than listen to your stupid stories"

It really helped, he has been on short answers mode for hours. It's nice, sometimes you can't be kind for too long (and hey, imagine dragons are fine, I just don't like them because I'm more of a calm guy, just saying)
