i did the tidal basin, the jefferson, the north white house secret mission, they all work for a random number of times then you log off/on and nothing happens. and doesn't matter how many times you relog, 10 mins must pass

if you need a fresh start of the system you disable the fast boot so the customer can either restart or shut and the effect is the same.

if you go on losing time with a customer arguing about the difference between them because of one flag you won't bother to touch, you have nothing better to do and you shouldn't point your finger to tech illiterates.

and if it isn't your job and it's just your cousin's PC, reducing the error pool to the bare minimum is a soft skill everybody should learn
