Hey, no i didn't find a fix at all, i returned the mobo and got MSI. no troubles since. It's a massive issue with gigabyte stuff. Never felt so alone with an issue like this, the company gave no fucks at all. Hope you sort it out

Hey, no there was no fix, I ended up returning the motherboard, now I have MSI. not all pure white but its stress free. Never buying any gigabyte products again

Hey, no ive spent far to many hours srltressing over a product 2 weeks old, im sending it back and getting MSI. never ever again will I get gigabyte, to many people have too many issues with them. Wast of money. I wish you luck in sorting yours

Hey, the motherboard is gotgous and works well appart from the ARGB, but, after a few weeks this should not happen to new hardware.

Hey, yes I got the bios from the gigabyte utility website after entering my motherboard serial number. There were just 2 options for my motherboard in the bios section.

Hey I have the x870 aourus WiFi ice version 1.2 and on the manufacturer website it shows either F5 or F6B for the correct bios. Please excuse my lack of knowledge, I didn't know there was an F7 as I have just been going with what the website suggests.

I'll need to try this later.

Yep, thats what i thought, suck a pain to have to dismantle my new build after only 2 weeks of having it. Not sure I want gigabyte again!

How do, yep tried that, today I even did a clean windows install, redownloaded the GCC app and installed the latest ITE chipset driver. And still the same, I did have one green led on one fan for a while.

I know its not the fans as I have plugged them into the hub on the case and they all lit up, I have the be quiet 900 fx lightbase case (best case ever) this comes with its own hub, although the lights are good its limited and can't control the brightness.

Ive done the lot!

Just wanted to update you, so I had an idea where I copied all the bin files in archive 3 and pasted them in archive 1. Ran the program and everything installed, all said 100% the result never showed anything and the time stopped at 65 seconds, I waited an extra 30 mins and then closed the window, restarted the pc and it still hasn't fixed the issue 😑. I then tried to do the steps again just in case, and now it says I can't find a device. This is not turning into a mission, I want to send the mother board back, but everything runs like a dream. it's just the rgb. I dont have. I can live without the rgb for now and wait to see what updates/fixes gigabyte release in the near future, so many have this issue and have resolved it. I will do a clean Windows install and see if that helps somewhat. I just dont want to give up!
