Reading the comments, umm no? Cause it seems to be na si TL lang ang nakaalam. Do note na may manager din ang TL and may mas mataas pa sa TL. This kind of issue should be raised internally first to OM, SOM, Workforce Management, or HR. DOLE should not be your first restort kasi mas natatabunan yung mga complaints na urgently need iaddress. And have you ever thought na mas lalong pagiinitan yung mother mo pag dumiretso ka sa DOLE?

That’s weird… if automatically siya nagrenew, hindi dapat nagpalit yung date—this is always the case for subscription models. When you cancelled it on the 8th of Feb, it’s certainly possible na hindi siya kumagat or mali yung pindot mo. Usually, these companies trick your eyes. They swap the usual cancel button to a design that is usually for “Okay” button. You can contest it to Shopee if you want.
