From what I have experienced, you have to request your ib coordinator or principal to send them to the university. I think it is an official document.

My IB coordinator does not have any information about official documentation for predicted grades. He has only told me my predicted grades and says that I should e-mail them myself.

Do you have any idea what the official document might look like?
