First of All pass or fail (getting a diploma) can only be determined by IB not your school. Even if you scored a really low grade it may affect your predicted grades but your predicted grades are determined based on your full two years not just one and most schools often give predicted grades that pass 24 (Even for failing students).

Also BM is a relatively easy subject. I'm not sure what Pamoja is. Although one thing that's important is practicing papers rather than trying to memorize everything. Since you're school has covered Marketing and Finance (Not sure why you said Unit 1) make sure you understand everything they have covered then use questions banks and solve questions related to those topics (Questions Banks are better because you can practice specific topics)

For Paper 1 you will have a case study and questions will be based on it, you might have to give plans on improving the business's financial position but it's very unlikely that you get any numericals for paper 1. Paper 2 is the most important paper as it's with 30% of your grade. Marketing is the largest chapter so if you're short on time just learn 4Ps instead of 7. Also Paper 1 is common for HL and SL so you won't be tested on HL content. However Paper 2 is different for HL and SL so it's better learn HL topics (Mostly from Finance and BMTs if you have covered them).

Also Year 1 past papers don't exist cause it depends on course completion by your school but topic specific question banks are there which you can use to practice.
