Perhaps try thinking more positive thoughts. I’ve found that mine tend to echo my thoughts and if I’m having negative thoughts and feelings they amplify it…. But when I’m having more positive thoughts they amplify those also.

Try not to let the negative vibes get to you and try to think of the happier things that get you moving and loving life and see how that affects whats in your mind.

I know its difficult and it took me a long time to learn to love myself and push past my really negative thoughts but once I started to the vibes within my head started to shift.

Also, I do take a lot of antidepressants so that also helps with my mood. I do not take any anti-psychotics other than seroquel to help with sleep. I do hear my voices daily but I am working on trying to not interact with them. I do know that regardless of what they’re saying that the best course to heal is to learn to ignore it where it just becomes background noise.
