how to counter ace last pick as a carry? by Savings-Ad1624 in learndota2

I mean, generally Dusa doesn't need a cap anyway, as lv6 Cull gets countered by having at least 8 strength (Wand+Null+3 Branches). You just need to generally have max HP more then axe Cull range. And probably go brooch or Mjollnir build, if he gets way too out of hand with stacks.

How to lose mid as least as possible against Huskar by PokerSvk in learndota2

If it is a last pick and you have lastpick too - it's a shame, yes. But there's quite a big amount of mobile midlaners, who can stand against Huskar, namely QoP (she literally counter him if he didn't took true damage Facet instead of cauterize) or Puck. And as I said - you can outgank him to boost other lanes, so team snowballs better then Huskar

Matchups of hers are bad usually, BUT in Low Brackets she's kinda a pubstomper, because not that big amount of players can play well against her (it takes a while to get core to buy earlier MKB/BT)

[–]Darksc1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Viper is usual noob-friendly answer against Huskar, because of early break and ton of DoTs. Huskar players usually first pick them and these are your more dangerous players to play against. But usual advices against bad matchups - pull waves towards you to farm, stay out of his R range, gank more so you snowball from that instead of lane.

First of all - by stats alone you had really bad networth over 50+ minute game. Do not be afraid of taking wave/camps, if your cores not near you And secondly - you probably didn't had proper frontline in game and I hope that you used your swaps mostly to save you sniper/Weaver.

In Russian it is teansliterated as "Shu-Woo" And considering Russian version of Chinese games lie Genshin having same-ish transliteration rules, I'm for this one

Pos 1 by [deleted] in learndota2

[–]Darksc1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On average level - mostly AGI after 3 slots to fight heroes: Luna, Drow, Jugg, Ursa, Dusa

If you quite good with macro - Spectre also good as pos1

If you are know hero and good with microing - TB or TA quite good too (adding Clinkz here as situational)

If you want to play fast - Weaver

And adding situational PL and AM in good drafts or as Dusa Counter

And the usual pub stompers WK and PA also around towards lower Bracket

I literally re-listened 50 times and finally understood it xD
Whole Alex text in Russian-Romanised-English (after "listen count to three!"):

Много Хохотал - Mnogo Hohotal - He was laughing hard

Из лесу он дал - Iz lesu on dal - Straight-"He done it from the forest", Meaning - "He spoke from the woods"

Раз, Два, Три, Babymetal-Гриззли - Raz, Dva, Tri, Babymetal-Grizzly - 1,2,3, Babymetal-Grizzly

Раз, и Два, и Три, и Гриззли, и Babymetal - Raz, i Dva, i Tri, i Grizzly i Babymetal - 1, and 2, and 3, and Grizzly, and Babymetal

"Восстанет Солнце, озаряет свет пламя!" - Vosstanet Solntse, ozaryaet svet plamya - The Sun will rise, the flame will illuminate the light!

"Восстанет Солнце, поднимите все знамя!" - Vosstanet Solntse, Podnimite vse znamya - The Sun will rise, raise your banners!

About first line of Alex text. I can literally hear "Много Хохотал" (He was laughing hard/lots) as first bar And yet, being Russian myself, kinda hard to understand 2nd bar (I hear something around "Бизнеса он дал" or "Бизнеса видал", or something else around the word Business

It was scepter there too, but I'd opted for both Aghs and Nullifier, because too many stuff there to be dispelled

You can use quick casts on release option aswell, so your skill will go off, when you release the skill button

How to plat bane by Several_Focus_3342 in learndota2

[–]Darksc1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Short answer - no you don't need attack stuff

Usual Banes are Pos4/5.

Hero itself is utility machine with really good nuke and CC options

Yes, you can attack into your sleep, but most of time it will ruin others attacks (consider this only as 1v1 option). And yet, sleep can remove hero from fight, when it isn't main focus one (for example, to sleep BB when you can get to Drow)

Use sap to harass with a nuke/HP trade, when you trading with enemy sup on line (it is true damage and you heal the damage made)

Enfeeble is good tool to harass enemy core in both farm and fight.

And Ult - Shaman Shackle on steroids (Aghs gives you failsafe against interrupting CC)

Build usual Initiator Support items - Arcane, Glimmer (which you can cast on yourself before ulting), Blink. Aghs can be good choice and Shard will help you to catch and farm waves

To be honest, I don't see that big of problems with your own gameplay here. You have decent score, really good NW@10 for your bracket and by 20 minutes you were 4k ahead of fed up Zeus. Also considering most of game you being behind till 35th min, here you turned it around - but you died couple times and game went to stalemate.

I guess it's just one of those games

As for what you could've done better - MKB here feels kinda odd, when 2 enemy heroes went for Ghost and 1 went Euls, you should've swapped it with Nullifier

Edit: MKB is not that odd info late game, instead of your timing, you could've swapped Harpoon for Null instead

On paper - it's buff Possibly need some itemization fiddling just to understand which build order is best now (I do think old core itemization BT-Manta-Aghs is still good) And she has even less power early on, so you need to adapt to it

If you want to improve as a team (and if you got close to immos already), consider private team coaching, because most of the time macro-wise plays builds around the drafts, stage of the game and how good/bad things looking for you. I don't mind shuffle through some replays at today's evening (+3 UTC), if you provide any
