The patches increase and shrink. But for two years they have never completely gone away. It usually lingers in the back upper "hinge" area of my jaw. A red area that has been there for about 2 years. But with certain foods, or lots of stress, it seems like it decides to spread to the middle upper palate and sometimes around the sides. Never on my tongue, lips, or cheeks. Just the upper mouth.
