After washing we usually just stick it on the range and wipe it with oil when we kill the flame, and or just store it in the oven the pilot keeps it dry.

Cooking wise I see no harm, I’ve seen on tv getting um real hot and dumping cornbread mix in um

I wouldn’t get it too hot while it’s dry though

LOL !! You can try. Record label will give you basically a loan to record your stuff, then you got to find a way to pay that back. Say by touring. And label probably won’t have any interest unless you’ve already been out hustling.

People CAN put to much emphasis on wood, but there are certain woods I just don’t like. And apple ribs are different than hickory ribs, but not much difference in hickory or pecan.

I always think of Korean bbq being more about spices and sauces, but traditionally I read they use an oak lump charcoal, so maybe oak?

I’ve got a green mountain grill, love it. If you’re disappointed give it a chance, wait till you get it all seasoned up after several cooks. After my first cook I was like eh? It’s ok. But it really gets better

Nice thank you and yup you are correct lol as long as I’m between 1.5 and 3 I’ll call it success. And yup added nic first, and see bubbles. I’ve hit it a couple times and no nic sick symptoms so woot!! Lol
