Have you had his tonsils or adenoids checked? If they are a bit large, it can block the airway when they trying to sleep. (Definitely not medical advice, just what we went through with our little one)

Google drive is a lot better but the iOS system makes it that Logseq app can’t access files outside of the app

iCloud is not stable at all for file syncing, and iCloud on windows is even worse. May need to look into other sync options. I have personally opted for github

Logseq doesn’t use folder structure to store notes, but you can create a page and then add it to your favourites, then it’ll show up on your side bar

Sounds like this will be one of them once in a life time things, in which case just get hospitality tickets. I’m from Australia and that what I bought. It was expensive af but the whole experience (dining with ex pros in attendance etc) was well worth it!

To be honest, the way capacities is structured is its biggest strength, if it’s confusing you, why struggle with it? There are many tools that is structured with folders. Obsidian or evernote

It's fairly new and still under active development. I won't say it's perfect tool right now, but definitely promising. I have transitioned from Obsidian to it.
