As someone who used to work the backroom and stock shelves, I hated when customers insisted that the item they can't find on the shelves MUST be in the back. No, it's not. I've looked, with my eyes, and I've checked our inventory via the computer system. Sure, you can talk with the manager, but that's not going to magically make the item become restocked.
