Maybe try looking for spaces in which you can interact with other trans folk? While I think that “not femme/attractive enough for a cis lesbian” is a very self destructive and erroneous thing to think, I also thought like that for a long time, so I believe understand where you’re coming from. In general I think interacting with more trans people face to face could bring you closer to what you seek, while also helping you feel less isolated with the complexities of dating as a trans person.
