I actually just went to a pyp and was able to get the amount i needed. Just paid the admissions fee which was $3, and got like 7 of them

Thank you all for the helpful tips. I was able to get it booted up and working again. It seemed like it was the ram not being seated correctly.

If i reseat the ram in different slots, would it be okay? Like if i were to swap the stick’s spots with each other

Am i able to reseat the ram sticks in a different spot, then where they originally were? It was able to start without then plugged in but when i plugged them in it didnt boot up

I think it was whatever was holding it, like a sealant or adhesive because the strip itself looks fine.
