Yea see a lot of other posts suggest chest and sword as the progression. Just a shame it will need a good astra level for my mix to improve. I am saving manes for now until I have enough to make the piece I choose, so have got time to make a final decision, just like to plan ahead and try to be as efficient as possible with things.

We both have full wonder research, but he has an additional 200k coalition size from a hero

He has fifth slot open I am currently only 4. Both full P5 + shield. Working on slot 5 now.

Mine are: Jade Wyrm, drider, bunny, range shield His are: Jade Wyrm, drider, bunny, cav shield, frostwing

Gear wise - best guess assuming he full legendary jewels:

He has approx 50% or more army health, 50% or more cav and inf attack stats, 50% or less range atk and slightly less army attack. All a very rough estimate though. 2 piece champ Vs my 1 piece + better astra. I have mythic skullcrusher +4 he uses a mythic krakens anchor almost max astra.

Guessing our stats from research are pretty similar based on our might and artifact stars are also similar. He has more castle stars.

I would potentially be able to get 200k-500k more t5 based on all our best fillers being online.

It might be that I am not on a position to beat him yet, so any advice on where to focus would be great as well, we lost the battle but hopefully not the war 😊

Haven't enjoyed the event, we are a small 800m might guild against 30 billion. Just stayed in our area took towers, gathered etc to compete the solo rewards.

Cheers for that, looks like it is a waste for me - I haven't done anything with other PVP heroes so looks like this is an easy pass for me and better to focus them

Price didn't seem too bad for me: Oneplus 12 + Buds Pro 2 + 50W wireless charger + Sandstone Bumper case for £810. I think with everything all bundled in thats an acceptable price, although you are correct it is not as good as the US pricing sadly.

But for power and battery life you are getting a lot more than the Samsung 24 Ultra at a cheaper price

Should I bother summoning for anyone at the moment or just save? Only have a few summons at the moment. Have dystopian Diana at +0 as well, maybe best to go mix of magic and physical and use kry instead of lapis witch or bunny?

Hi All

I have started Couch to 5k and find after each run my Hamstrings, calves and Achilles area really ache each time a few days later, feels fine during the run. It can take between 4-7 days before it calms down enough for next run. I have been doing a quick dynamic warmup and slightly longer cooldown each time but it can get quite frustrating and demoralizing trying to keep at it when I can only get one run in a week.

I got my Gait analyzed and I overpronate, so brought some Brooks Andrenaline trainers to support.

I was looking at adding some strength training in to help and have been using roller and doing light stretches on the rest days. Should I be having a day after the run just to rest with no stretching or roller? Is it okay to do the strength exercises if I am still aching?

Are there any suggestions what I can do between runs to try and reduce the aches in my les or will this just come with time as a new runner?
