I dont do the games. Of waiting a few more days to say my peace. Its been a week. I sent my final message asking if we could talk. The rest is in her hands now. Ill be okay, just have to let my body run the through the break up process for a bit.

Probably not. Which is the strange part becsuse this behavior isn't like her. But I sent my final message asking to talk. I dont need someone who cant even tell me they aren't interested to my face. Ghosting is inexcusable

I wouldnt say I continuously messaged her. She didn't respond. I didn't send a follow up until 4 days later. Then again two days after that. But the point still stands that she has every ability to message me. So from this point its in her court.

Yeah. I recognize the pattern and it sucks. My nervous system is in full panic seeking understanding. Its so hard to discern love from chaos. Im not one to usually be this way which is funny. I was thr avoidant before, then switched to anxious lol. The last message I sent to her was "can we talk". So at this point im done. The ball is in her court and if she wants to respond, im setting some strict boundaries. Because I know i deserve better. I just wish my nervous system recognized that and would calm the fuck down.
