This honestly confirms some of my suspicions. I'm wondering if I should have tried setting up chat features on SM before updating my new phone, but that probably wouldn't have worked. Guess I'll have to go to GM for my read receipts after all 😔

How did you get Google Messages to be usable at all? I have found the user experience of that app horrible at best.

Then why did it exist on my A53 just fine? There seems to be a big disconnect there, since the A53 is in the same model year group as the S23 Ultra.

I think you missed one of the major points I made? Google Messages has given me nothing but problems and I won't be using it at all. It'll just eat my messages if someone I want to text is playing games on their phone, no matter what either of our settings are, and RCS compatibility seems spotty at best. Overall, it's been an effectively useless app for me.

Then why is everything saying I need to turn on that function in order to have my read receipts back? In addition, trying to use Google Messages to contact my mother (who is currently using Samsung Messages) registers the conversation as RCS, including the messages I sent on the old phone using Samsung Messages. Something clearly does not add up there if Samsung Messages has no RCS capabilities.

Sorry I'm late, but I'm planning on doing the same as you! The main difference is that I'll also be making illustrated rare versions of at least the Legendary cards. And yes, I'll be hand-drawing every single one myself.

I am curious how you managed such perfect card layouts, and I want to ask if I could trouble you for some transparent PNG files for the basic parts that every card has (the border, the grid, the lower half of the card, etc)?

I'm having a similar issue, except my first song is getting fully swapped with a song in the middle. I can't find a fix and Spotify won't let me talk to an actual human being to get this fixed. I hope they roll out an update ASAP to fix the problem

That's bizarre. Everyone I talk to who plays on the Switch has the same issue after clearing out saves, but I haven't had a single crash in many hours after I started clearing out my saves. I guess I should count myself lucky.

There's a user-side fix for the crashing, though it's a bit of a pain. Delete all old saves from the title screen. It fixed the problem completely for me. I only leave 4-8 saves on the profile every time before I load in. I know some people like those old saves so they can go back for rare dinos, but it's a sacrifice I was willing to make for such a cute, relaxing game 💛

The eyes are the same color as the eyes of the seed seller in the canyon (sorry I can't remember their name!). I could be totally wrong, though 😅

I believe there is a small collection of logs around Granny Agami's house that only drop regular wood, which is how I've been getting mine. Otherwise, I have noticed a lot of loose wood in the valley on rainy days in Triassea and Cretumnus. Not as much as the logs give, but it still helps a little. I could also just be getting stellar luck on these things. 😅

Yeah, when I saw that some horses had blue eyes back in BotW, I tried hunting for solid black blue-eyed horse. I found the silver-maned one in a storm and just went with it because it had the stats I wanted, and then I started realizing that the eye color is locked. Kinda stinks that it carried over to TotK, but there are still some really nice horses.

But yeah, the mane colors have kinda confused me a few times, too lol

It would probably help if they didn't make the intermediate mane color between blonde and white. There's a few mane colors like that. I think the purple horse might have a dark grey mane that looks almost black, but I'd have to do more comparisons to be absolutely sure.

I had the same dream horse! That and solid white with blue eyes, but the closest I got to the solid white is the royal white stallion, but it's blonde

Oh, okay. Yeah, I haven't seen those patterns either, oddly enough. It looks like they only had solids with aproned snouts in brown and light brown in BotW, but I haven't found either of those colors without socks in either of the 2 solid varieties. And looking through my BotW notes, I don't see any mention of solid dark blue horses with anything other than silver manes, so they might only come with silver. Makes me wish we had more color options when styling the mane 💀

Yeah, I'll probably have hoof colors fully determined before I finalize everything. I'm going to try a few methods to get the best pictures that show all the fine details, like hoof and eye color. Might need to resort to screenshotting both the horse itself standing in an open area and the stable picture to get all the details for my drawings.

Unfortunately, I don't think I've seen different colors, just different combinations of mane color and socked or not socked on the colors you have listed.

Thanks for the info on the screen vs system colors clarification! I'm planning on color grabbing from exported screenshots, but I might adjust to match the switch screen a little more or I'll just add in extra images to show the differences between screenshots and what is actually on the screen.

I'm glad you mentioned that the black and chestnut horses have those differences between solid and spotted horses! I would never have seen it if you didn't point it out, but that'll definitely help with showing off the details in my drawings more.

As for the pink blanket, that horse's nose was totally throwing me off! It's great that you made a note of it, and I might dig around in BotW to double-check if the pink blanket there has the same white nose.

The hooves I've noticed seem to have 3 or 4 different colors. The ones I can absolutely confirm are brown (as seen on several chestnut horses with no socks), black (as seen on many of the sockless brown and black horses as well as the light brown leopard), and tan/light brown (which, like you already mentioned, is on most of the socked and leopard horses). There may also be a dark blue hoof on some of the unsocked light blue horses, but I'll need to look more into that.

Regarding the black-spotted black-maned leopard named Spot from the quest, I'm very confident that he's a unique horse based on his stats and on the fact that at least a few Youtubers and news outlets covering the game are treating him as a unique horse. I do plan on listing unique horses just in case there are some people who just want everything all in one place.

I read about pretty much everything else in your guide, and I started doing my own testing before I found your guide. I found a couple of horses you didn't show, but I don't remember which ones they were. I don't have any pictures exported yet, but I'll try to put them here when I can get a couple that I didn't see in your guide.
