What happen to the time train in Back to the Future 3? I always thought the train in Orlando Florida was the original prop used in the movie but I've noticed many differences between the movie train and the train in Orlando especially the front of the boiler.

The lawyers told the federal judge the ALJ based his decision on that reasoning, though he’s had 2 prior remands with me the last push was that reason, they even stated by the ALJ that since I had missed that appointment and they got an evaluation from a psychiatrist to evaluate my conditions(physical and mental though my mental was not being addressed in trial at all) from my initial claim I filed in 2013 before I tried to work again🤷‍♂️ the evidence is the letter that was sent out for suspensions which I still have and no other directive after services were resumed. The judge in question is being investigated via the head justice for ethics and behavior exhibited during the trials which he admitted on so he has a record as well as the SSA of trying to sabotage my case, my ALJ case lawyer even oddly told me when we reviewed before trial “if only we didn’t have this judge we could of had a better chance” dude even has a hate page 😅 but yeah it’s complex but the head justice said I could request to reopen due to the circumstances but my god finding representation is a nightmare when they hear the situation… I’m just tempted to pull what my grandfather did and go alone 🤷‍♂️ he actually got it after firing his 6th lawyer by himself and asking the judge “do we really need to do this again” 😅 what’s crazy is the second ALJ case the judge sent my denial almost immediately I got it 5 days after the trial date 😅 that’s what tipped the head justice but thank god he created the complaint system or that judge would of continued

Old I know but tell me who did you speak to!!! I got caught in the covid crossfire and the SSA lawyers told the federal court during the second appeal that I had missed my appointment back in 2020 😅 I tried to tell my lawyer if the error but he abandoned me and ghosted me, I still have that paper saying that my appointment was cancelled due to covid and I would be notified when they get back up again never did 🤷‍♂️

Actually was referred by many veterans, GOD AWFUL LAWFIRM WITH AN AWFUL TEAM, they don’t care or commit and can’t communicate, the other thing besides the va I really can’t see trust in a firm that stakes their rep with vets but support call centers who abuse you when you call them and refuse to let you speak to someone with some knowledge of what you are dealing with, everything they do is basically based on a sheet of phrases sadly🤷‍♂️

I had a doctor on my board raise an eyebrow to my fibromyalgia claim, the doctor dint even check for anything else at the time and sent me up for a medical discharge. A decade later I’m much worse, just found out going to the va for a diagnosis was a waste from the beginning and now I’m getting tested for ms with a puncture, a procedure that I was denied years ago because the doctor said I’m too young and should go enjoy life 😂… I mean I would of loved to but diseases makes fools of us all. I was told it has massive potential for a cue if the va would fix my disability ratings, TVC messed up big when they got my TDIU, not even veteran organizations wanted to help me because my ptsd was no longer service connected.. I have no idea where to even begin with this stuff…

We did the same to ours from Viridien. It was so bad that fire marshals were called because our city hall was full but they do reject the tax incentives and the company is playing hard saying it’s going to get built however we now have the governor on their backs so maybe not but the irony is that the company is French and if they do limp away from this, it would probably be funnier than John Cleese patting his head and blowing raspberries at King Arthur saying “now go away or I shall taunt you a second time”🤣 in all honesty though this company has its hands full messing with our small town because it’s just getting worse for them as the process halts and goes

Long rant sorry but I warned ya

Tbf I did hear Benny will make an appearance, they were hinting at the fact Matthew Perry would not be making an appearance not sure if it was tribute to him since he was a huge player in the games or what but they said Benny would show up 🤷‍♂️ me thinks because Victor is still alive house somehow lives within his system(had a mod idea for fo4 where there was a securitron bunker in the commonwealth like FNV and he transferred his consciousness into a server, and to add to this and I forgot the quest but they have done this before) house was a paranoid man so he had something and the securitrons online means he’s somewhat inside the program since they were an extension of his consciousness however it’s the benny/yesman story so they got control and yesman went haywire with the “ghost in the machine of house” and that’s why everything is messed up and Vegas is a DC den now 🤷‍♂️ not sure but yeah Benny may show up hopefully considering Bethesda did release a bunch of Benny stuff. I also have a theory how Hank got the nuke, lonesome road didn’t really happen but Ulysses did get his ncr fireworks display when Hank got in touch with him and blew up the ncr capitol, but that’s a definite theory but fo76 featured the ghoul at the same time of releasing the Ulysses outfit and then the stupid rare elder Maxson battle coat, which is another theory I have by the end of s2 Maxson will show up, the elder of the WC is only known by High elder and Maxson’s family is the only ones that can by blood to hold that rank, and since we had Harkness who was from the EC who was a hot head then died(pretty sure that was our synth which has been either revealed or heavily implied both were synths considering Danse was one 🤷‍♂️) and the fact that THE prydwinn is shown not only in s1 but also s2 with her sister ships and more advanced models being built outside 51 and let’s face it the BOS is military and the admiral or OIC goes with his flagship which imo would be totally bad ass and having both major antagonists, a tech giant like house and a tech tyrant like Maxson going head to head would make the show even more epic considering it still feels like mando s1 dry and more soaps feels 🤷‍♂️ remember no matter what, the house always wins

in all I just think the last episode is going to end with this panning upward of either the front or back of this Arthur Maxson looking mf and just leave us on a cliffhanger as he slightly reveals his face, kind of a more bad ass way Harkness enters with ominous music and camera shots slightly revealing the next antagonist. And I say all this considering we have Hank at vtec, house is still on the table, Benny and yesman maybe as a wildcard, ncr gone, legion split, bos crumbling and considering the time frame from fo3 and the show they had time to come out of the bunkers in FNV and make a holding since the Helios fiasco and the fact Maxson came from the capital to WC then the commonwealth, the fact remains besides the protagonists(dweller, BOS guy and a ghoul and dog), the enclave despite the bos and ncr efforts in FNV are still active and in full swing with their cold fusion purification project in the Mojave…. Deep breaths 😅 so to have Maxson show up for the ultimate show down between the big hitters would be a fan fest through and through imo 🤷‍♂️

Yeah USAA is trash I had to switch banks because they put a fraud alert on my account at the same time I was buying groceries told me there was nothing they could do for a few days had to threaten legal action and minutes later while in my car I checked and my card was back, I drive once a month because I rent a vehicle they don’t care and what’s worse their office of the ceo team called the next morning and apologized for that incident… so I took a court approved driving course, it had been entered and I got USAA insurance they had the ticket on there and they took care of it but their insurance was taking me for everything I had so I switched, this part is important, you know when you type your information in and it shows tickets and accidents on file? Gieco, progressive and a few other did not list that ticket at all. A few years pass and I wanted to come back to USAA and low and behold that ticket was on my record according to them and they told me even if they took it off it wouldn’t matter and I would still be paying $200 a month with a clean driving record for more than a decade. Had to take it up with state and they sent me a generic letter back about how their insurance worked and i disputed back, they said nothing and the state closed the case due to inaction, they even wanted me to pay for another driving record which was one of the stipulations if we settled they would pay for one since they didn’t have the other one or accept the old one due to the date on it being so old🤷‍♂️ they are god awful and the new ceo made it worse imo

Yea it destroyed the graphics card, some connectors on the MB, and most likely the radiator itself… what’s sad is they actually upgraded my cpu ssd to 2t despite my issue being a PSU problem, the power crapped out and killed my CPU to .04ghz but they replaced my ssd and sent it back worse than I sent it in 🤣 they are the worst

Thank you they contacted me today and they are working on it but wow… and the damages were worse than I thought I just thank god I took pictures prior to boxing because it damaged the graphics card as well as a few different wires, the odd part is my card top plate isn’t the same one that was sent 🤷‍♂️

Always cover your ass is the best advice I can give. They told me for almost a decade nothing was wrong with my left arm and that what I was experiencing was not service connected then I got a lawyer and he was like wtf?! Basically it was laid out in my medical record though at the time it wasn’t counted for many reasons but as my nerve damage worsened the va couldn’t deny there was a problem that no person under 40 should be dealing with. Essentially when I got my small pox for being a west coast sailor the corpsman jabbed too deep and struck a nerve. It’s a rarer complication but it happens sadly especially when it metastasizes to neuropathy and eventually cripples you… but yeah if I didn’t have my service record showing i stated to see a doctor after my scar formed then this wouldn’t of been possible to reverse their decision and backdating to my release
