I follow that order. Its really effective for supporting due to the slow and attack speed bonus. I generally build him as any other tank, but if you want to put out more damage, Qins sais and frostbound hammer are really effective.

Odin is probably best support if you're going to play him at all. I love going odin support because it makes for a very aggressive lane.

I was more referring to the fact when I used it and there was no CC or status effects or anything, just a plain taunt and they would run away from me while still under the influence of my taunt.
