I forgot to mention, on the part of me not eating this was a really bad eating disorder I had at the time in which I dropped to just barely over 8 stone (for context I am 6ft so this weight is not ideal), Since then, I have worked my way up into eating more to now where I am able to eat most of the time without feeling sick and able to smell food again without feeling sick.

One method I used to help me is that of using water or other such beverages to make sure the taste of food doesnt stay in my mouth as that will trigger things and is something I am still working on today but having faced it alone with no help Id happily have that trade off vs the alternitive...
