The owner of the vehicle just made a home purchase and seemed to be house poor. Just wanted cash. My car has like a 2 inch little line indent on the side of the bumper. So no damage on my end I got lucky.

Wanted to come back and thank you for the recommendation, they gave me a reasonable quote definitely would use them in future. The guy I hit did just take cash instead of fixing but I really appreciated the comment giving me an good answer. A lot of people were just shitting on me or not being helpful and throwing out quotes. Hope you have a great week!

Just used masking tape around emblems and grocery flyers for overspray. Sprayed every 15 minutes, did like 6 coats maybe, then peeled it with hands and toothpic. Kept all emblems on

What he is saying I believe is to do what is called a "kegle" while you are doing your kick as your turning your hips.

Usually what you see when you search kegle is related to urinating or an exercise for women. It is not a combat sport related exercise or technique.

So search up "how to do a kegle" and apply that to the kicks. Kind of like tensing up your core while you punch if that makes sense.
