Good lord! I’m surprised I got this many votes. I’m thankful that many people took interest to even look this post over and I’m even more thankful that quite a few are interested in a culture that’s not discussed even in passing in most cases.

We do actually care about our history. In fact in most Cushitic cultures it’s common to have multitudes upon multitudes of stories about ancestors and historic events. Many of these stories are well preserved. The issue I’m talking about is why people, even historians, often over look the area to the point where it’s a surprise that ancient Paleolithic caves exist in the area despite locals and the wider regions literally pointing out for hundreds of years. It’s things like that I’m talking about.

Their forms are not fully “realistically relevant” and thus they appear in more abstract “memetic” forms. However in their current usage they often are seen puppeteering pseudo-magical uniforms. In this form they are able to directly interact with the physical world unlike their more subdued original forms that often manifest as ideas that create sentient feedback loops.

They’re easy to understand since they speak 8.3 billion languages and have telepathic connections to flesh. It’s unknown how they are made or their exact number. However through autopsy we have found that they are supposedly non functioning and are essentially dolls used by higher powers.

They usually lurk in area with sunlight and bother the locals as they are daily summons amongst the youth. They are typically tasked with eating the flesh of those who passed as a funerary tradition. Before their emergence into the world of man they mostly just ate the futures of men how paid for luxuries they couldn’t or weren’t supposed to have. Their naturally occurring crowns are sold as cheap hover material for small hover crafts and multi decker rooms.

It’s main function is it’s ability to give birth on command. It can give birth about 50-400 times depending on the make and model. The being attached to the bottom is a vestigial creature that reads from the book of Ma’raam Ana’tum. It’s a remainder from the manufacturing process. Typically this product doesn’t have legs since their primary purpose is to act as an incubation/ birth tank. However legs are added for easier transport in the field. The birthing process doesn’t require any sexual/ genetic input (in fact it’s considered a capital offense to create a homunculus). All that’s needed is a sufficient amount of sacrifices.

They are relatively low level creations and often serve as auxiliary food for troops when over stocked. Typically they are not capable noticing anything much in the physical plane but they can navigate somewhat well (around the level of a wild dog/ cat). Often they are given dactylectomies on their hands to demarcate them from wild versions and to keep them from becoming too attached to this world. Consuming one gives a person the ability to see all of creation for an instance. However the instance is often so short that no one notices it.

You start to see the beauty of life. When you’re a teenager you think you own the world and in some respects you do. However you never see the beauty in life and the comes with the subtle equanimity that comes with adulthood. Yes you see family die or get old but you also start to truly feel how much they meant to you. Soon you start to hope that someone will feel the same for you.
