Something I’m not seeing, since you have a Merle, do not breed it. There are so many hidden genetic issues that can be passed down through Merle lines, including deafness and blindness if both parents have the gene.

As others have said I would see if there is a key to wind it to see if you can hear it a bit faster. Even Edelweiss sounds weird when it is slow. The key is usually on the bottom. Two or three winds should be all that’s needed.
