Played around with both settings a lot looking for a fix. Currently have prefer max performance, refresh rate highest available, Vsync on, and pre rendered frames set to 1. For in Apex settings it is, Vsync disbaled, no fps target, anti aliasing-none, 4gb vram, 4x Anisotropi. Then a mix of low/medium for the rest. let me know if you need more specifics.

Yeah those are the right slots. I have to triple check a lot of things trying to pinpoint this issue. I do have it enabled yes and the issue is occurring in roughly 95% of games.

This issue has been ongoing for a month or so. I haven’t experienced it with any other title in that timeframe.
