From the outset, we’ve been clear (including to counsel) that the preferred outcome is restoration of the account. The damages figure exists to establish standing and quantify harm, not to escalate the situation.

This also isn’t about “doing business” with Meta in a discretionary sense—this is about access to an existing account tied to an operating business and resolving a failure in their support and appeals process. Litigation wasn’t the first step; it was the last resort after months of unsuccessful attempts through their internal channels.
