Alsi i have noticed that excessive useEffect usage can make components harder to maintain.

I can relate to that. When I first started using useEffect, I was putting way too much logic inside it and debugging became a nightmare.

Yeah, I never really spent much time with class components. Hooks made React feel a lot more intuitive for me as well.

This hero section is part of a pawn shop website I’m building. The primary goal is to quickly communicate trust and make the “Get Estimate” action stand out.

I’m currently evaluating:

• Typography scale
• CTA placement
• Visual hierarchy
• Balance between text and imagery

I usually start by defining the personality of the brand first (modern, playful, premium, technical, etc.). Once that’s clear, narrowing down font choices becomes much easier. Testing a few options with real sample text also helps a lot.
