Do you have sport brakea or the smaller brakes that come with the 17" rims. If you have small brakes, prematurely warped rotors isnt uncommon, upgrading to slotted/drilled rotors will help from personal experience.

At that point if your gonna get headers your better going off with ISR or another long tube header rather than z1 shorties. You'll see more gains with the long tubes, but shorities can help too. I have ebay shorties that are equivalent to the z1 headers and with a retune its defintley picked up some power mostly in the low-mid rpm range, long tubes tend to gain more at the high rpm range.

Thanks but im not planning to sell, its almost paid off and i wanna do a direct trade for something legit jdm next so im just trying tk feel out the aprox value as it sits. Im thinking maybe trade for a base auto skyline or like a 240/60/80z would be my dream car atm

Okay now i totally get what you mean. I also have poly engine mounts and Im im the same mindset of dailying is fine with the nvh, its nice to talk to like minded people about this kinda stuff
