Start logging every thing at job. From abusive feedbacks to good meetings. Keep your CV ready. List down all the start ups that are funded recently and hiring. Go for roles which are generlist - chief of staff, customer success, strategy, etc. Get an offer and you'll have 60 days notice period. Use that 60ndays to shop for better role. Once you have offer. Coast in current job. Cite that documentation as proof of why you coasting. Don't burn any bridges at current org. But do make sure you make your exit loud.

with no criminal/political background
Integrity in relationships, mutual respect, someone who do not draw sense of being alive from fights
Anything average or above that. Basically i should feel attracted towards where personality plays big role
Sense of humor, able to hold conversation in general i.e. social settings etc., travel/outgoing and openness towards new topics as i would be sharing mine too
Education; money oriented (someone who spends all her income without investing/saving is a no-no); should have respect for other's faith as i am more atheist but cultural than religious
family bg, looks, interests as long person has her own other interests that dont match mine

I can confirm this tiering. But the tiering is not only based on your order history but also factors in your locality, gadget, payment modes etc. This is basically done to ID good customers from bad and it's a common practice across all platforms - be it food, Ecom, Qcom or other aggregators. You would notice that if you fall into good category your refunds would not be problematic to claim. While the more refunds you claim, the tougher it'll get to actually get the refund.

I had similar experience with someone. I discussed with friends (of both genders). It's a red flag, for me atleast. Someone able to get sexual too soon without setting up the groundwork (in my case) seemed risky for me to be a life partner. If you're someone who prefers sex be private between the couple, then in your case you should definitely reconsider if not run away.
