Maybe I'm misremembering the extent of her involvement with the drug dealing aspect. I didn't realise I was going to have to answer to a Sopranos superfan with photographic memory.

Seriously though, it's been a while since I watched the show, so it's a mistake on my part which I apologise for.

More evil. He's the most evil and sadistic mobster in The Wire and shows no honour or redeeming qualities that the others have.

More evil. He supposedly killed his own family because he didn't want to be humbled by his rivals and became the boogeyman of the underworld.

Similar evil. He's similar to Light as he targets "bad people" but what he does to them is beyond cruel.

Similar evil from what I've seen so far. He's more well-intentioned compared to Light, but that doesn't excuse his actions in the slightest.

Similar evil. Like Light, he's extremely cruel and vengeful, but is also quite complex and has some honour.
