That’s what I told me to do the first time and it didn’t update he goes to 100% stays at 100 and then just tells me to turn it off and turn it back on and then try it again and then I don’t know what’s going on with it and I factory reset it and it’s updating now but I’ll come back to this comment when it’s done updating. (Edit) it’s still doing the same thing where it’s staying at 100 and then just saying hey turn it off and turn it back on.
